Cheesecake Factory...Yum!!!

Christi, Veronica, Leslie, and Me

Not much has been going on in our lives lately so I will just blog about last night. :) Leslie asked us a couple of months ago if we could all get together for her birthday. WELL OF COURSE was my response. Since we are all nurses we usually have to schedule way out in advance to make sure we will all be off. You would think that since all of us only work 3 days a week it would be pretty simple to schedule a day for us to get together, but it doesn't. It seems like someone is always scheduled to work that day. That's why we schedule so far out. We already have May 31st scheduled to go to dinner at this Mexican restaurant in Dallas that a couple of my other friends have recommended and I am excited!!! I always love dinner with these girls. The four of us used to work together at Arlington Memorial Hospital until they decided to close our unit down. Technically, Christi had already moved on to McKinney and was working for a pediatrician. Now she works for a Home Health and gets to take care of a sweet baby 3 days a week. Sounds like it would be easy, but it's not. Veronica and Leslie are still pediatric nurses at two different children hospitals here in the metroplex. We all four live in different cities, but I hope that we will always continue to get together for our dinners. Time with these girls is precious and something I always look forward to. Christi, if you read this, we definitely need to go ahead and schedule a weekend that we can come to your lake house this summer!!!!!!! Love you Girls!!!!

  1. Another branch of the Cheesecake Factory is Grand Lux in the Galleria Mall in Dallas. The place is beautiful and the food! Portions are huge, delicious and reasonably priced.
